Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 3 pieces,
  • Carrots – 1 piece,
  • Onion – 1 piece,
  • garlic – 1 clove,
  • vegetable oil – 10 tablespoons,
  • yeast flakes – 6 tablespoons,
  • ground turmeric – 1/2 tsp,
  • white ground pepper – 1/2 tsp,
  • smoked paprika powder – 1 teaspoon,
  • salt – to taste.

Preparation:

  • vegetable broth – 1/2 liter,
  • dried tomato oil – 1 tablespoon,
  • sweet paprika powder – 1/2 teaspoon,
  • smoked paprika in powder – 1/4 tsp,
  • sarepska mustard – 1/2 tsp,
  • salt – to taste.

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic. Then we cut them into cubes and put them in the pot. Pour the broth over the vegetables and cook them until they are soft. The cooking time depends on the variety of potatoes and how finely you cut them. Take the cooked vegetables out of the broth and put them into a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, that is, all the spices, mustard and dried tomato oil. We mix the whole thing at the highest speed until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. When the mass is smooth, we can turn off the device. Cool the finished cheese in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
